Its main purpose is to serve as an e-learning platform for students, public, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and civil society organizations (CSOs) in Myanmar.

All the materials owned and produced by SeePuuYar are licensed under CC-By 4.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/). This includes all courses and learning materials produced by SeePuuYar.
